      Cds =you will need a S20 or news cracked screen phone with imei.. Photos get sent
      Eds=tell them you want to upgrade to s21
      Ma code=news letter code
      talk to an agent, let them Follow up and then couple days later you will receive the $50 code

      Use a different name when you sign up for the email and use Outlook or yahoo emails.
      That worked for me.

If you have received it, what was the sender address? I can't recall whether I used my primary or junk email address. If junk, it could be buried somewhere

    Just Ordered the samsung s21+ after trading S9+ for $289

    S21+ 5G = $1249

    Obviously, I'm not gonna give the Samsung s9 plus so it ended up with $350 which isn't too bad. Let me know if you guys need any help.

    • How did you get the cds and ods? I have an S9 still working but out of warranty. Also have an s21 in perfect condition. I spoke to chat about cds and they referred me to technical support. Im afraid to check with technical as I said S21 has water damage.

        Okay so there are two chats, one chat that is a guy with a green border around it in the bottom right corner and there's another live chat for support so I used that. For the ODS, just say you want a $100 voucher that has cracks on the s9 and do the same for s21. I think it has to be cracks in the phone or any damage, idk about water damage so you could do a quick little edit on your phone to make it seem that way. I just used my friends s20 phone for a $200 voucher. Also, make sure you convince them that you are buying today so u can get it over chat right away after sending an email or if you don't u have to wait a day.

            @ShopMindfully: For the CDS you have to have a phone in the Samsung s20 range or higher and you gotta use another email id since u can only get one per email and to get cds maybe find photos of cracked s20s with the Emei present.

  • Ordered S21 Ultra 256 with Buds2 on 25th. Order status is showing Preparing for Dispatch. I'm in Melb, anyone with the same order that has gotten the dispatch notification? Anyway we can speed this process up? I've read a few users received delayed emails from Samsung, but I haven't received that either.

              Email yesterday re delays, then SMS from star track at night, received the parcel, then a message from Samsung to say my goods on their way. The only thing on schedule was asurion email, 20 mins after receiving the phone

              • @Archer12: What did your tracking number look like? The tracking number that I got in the 7-10 day delay email isn't an official Startrack number. Startrack Numbers are alpha-numeric and 14 characters long and all I got was a 10 digit number.

    • I ordered the same phone on the same date. But in Sydney. It was delivered to me 8pm Monday which is pretty quick, via StarTrack sameday.

      I don't think you would be able to speed this process up - but I hope the status changes for you soon!

      That's probably a scam.. happening to almost everyone in Australia right now. Just don't click the link and download anything.

      The legit SMS would say: Your Samsung order xxx" and it'd give the date on when it's expected to reach us. I got only 1 SMS previously (before the SMS, got the email about that Startrack delay too). It seems they're only sending SMS once they know when it'd arrive. You can also check the status on your Samsung account if u signed up (not checking out as guest).

        CDS= you need to have a damaged or non working s20 and above. Voucher is worth $200
        ODS is a $100 code issued for any damaged or non working Samsung phone.
        These codes are issed by the support chat team.

    I was literally getting half the family on to Samsung via this deal - ordered on the 17th. The Silver s21 Ultra (for me) is somewhere in WA (Im in Perth) but doesnt look like it will reach me today. The s21 order (for my mum) is still in the warehouse and I have cancelled that for a refund. The custom colour s21U (for my dad) I will sell on marketplace as soon as I receive and will hopefully at least make some profits for my frustrations and trouble.

    ..and this is where I end my relationship with Samsung. Customer service sucks. Yeah I get it that there were strikes and public holidays and COVID etc etc - BUT the lack of communication is not OK, and I am not even asking them to reach out to me - I am trying to call or chat with them and I am getting disconnected and ignored left right centre. The odd times I manage to get through I get told different stories dependent on who I speak with.

    I walked in to an Apple store on the weekend to get an iphone 13 Pro to try out with the idea to use it while I wait for the Samsung (Apple have a 14 day no questions asked return policy even when used) - and was absolutely blown away by the Customer service.

    I love Android, how customizable it is and user friendly - but its Russian roulette with Samsung, if I get a device that is faulty, that overheats, that has green screen issue - I can now be certain I will get ZERO after sales support.

    Meanwhile Apple - just works (both the phone and the service) - in a roundabout way Samsung helped Apple get the sale :)

        What I don't accept is the new orders are getting processed first, while old orders dating back to the 17th are neglected.

        The post from prettyflyforawifi said it only took 2 days since the order, from Saturday 25th to Monday 27th to arrive.

          which model is yours? and which city is it being sent to? I can imagine your frustration when you've been waiting for 7+ days and there are some people who received it in matter of 2 days.

          • @[Deactivated]: S21 plus here ordered on the 16th, it was marked “Dipatched” on the 23rd and only today I received the tracking number, which doesn’t show anything because it hasn’t received the first scan. Hopefully another 4-5 days
