not 10x, but i do agree it's worth the extra $10 or w/e it is

neither because they don't make the IC Chips. Samsung B-die or nothing if you're serious about investing in RAM.
all depends on the exact kit from g.skill or corsair
2 kits of b die are not binned equally
2 'equally' binned kits of b die from different manufacturers will have different quality of traces
