Or pop in to Dan Murphys to get it at pretty much the the same price - $79.95 for 15x 500ml bottles

I'm willing to forgo 420ml to avoid CotD bullsh*t…

^ agree with above. CoTD is a PITA. Watch out for expiry dates with them as well. The only upside is different flavours

    • -1

      i dont understand?

      • +6

        15 x 500ml = 7,500ml or 7.5L

        vs

        24 x 330ml = 7,920ml or 7.92L

Same price, slightly less cider from Dan's. But COTD are renowned for being dodgy… You'll get your cider, eventually, after delays everywhere, and it will have already expired.

  • Will gwd & dm & 1st c price match? Orr r they different sizes?

    http://www.winecow.com.au/ProductList.asp?Group=37 if you live in Perth! $54.99 for a 15pk :)

Wow, nice… delivery to Sydney is only $21 which makes it a tad cheaper than Dan Murphys!

    • This place looks great, have you used them before?

      • Not yet! They had an ad in the paper last week though, with "that can't be right…" type prices. Will def be my next port of call for drinks; most of their prices even beat Dan's :)
They have a few short-dated items on there in the clearance section I think, but I buy alcohol to drink straight away, so no issues there for me!

        • Mine was delivered on Thursday.. so only 4 business days to get to my house in Perth. I am very happy!

    • Just bought a carton. Thanks for that! Cheapest in Perth on Boozle was 59.99 so thats great with free shipping!

Seems pointless, you can't buy a mix of flavours…

they are making a fortune on this stuff its low alcohol and tastes like cordial, girls love it though and in summer its quite refreshing

    this is some awesome cider

  • damnit all the good flavor is sold out.
oh well probly tastes yuck in a can anyways

  • Man. I'd've been really sad if I had missed out on this where smaller quantities of each flavour were available. I'd've gotten one of every animal then.

  • waste of money.. COTD failure.. people always get sucked into this..
glad ozbargainers can deduce the real value of a bargain..
because when i read this i too felt something was wrong..

COTD has jacked up margins.. so it tricks all the stupid people thinking it is cheap.. for $5? i think not..
if you are going to spend 80 dollars on alkie i'd rather spend the extra 5 dollars for getting it 2 weeks early. and not dealing with hassles..

  • Wonder if they are phasing out the canned version? I saw it at my local bottle shop last week - on offer as well and around this place. Worth checking your local if interested.

I'm sure Dan Murphy's everday price for a 6 pack is $20. Thats what I paid last week and saw no special sign.

    • +1

That was for both the cans and small bottles

      • On the website they just have the bottles and you can buy per bottle or per case of 15. Case is a bit much for me.

My friend bought one of the packs from CotD before. The cans are imported from Sweden or wherever Rekorderlig originates from. The upside is that you can get flavours that aren't generally available.
