This is a great phone, but because it is a one-phone OS, it doesn't have the sort of application support you get with iOS and Android phones. But, if you're looking for a phone which does calls, text, internet and maps and music awesomely, this is a great option.

I'd rather get the Aus stock 64GB version from mobileciti for $499, if I didn't have one.

  Yeah I've also heard of other Linux version being run on this phone (FWIW - prolly not much if you're wanting to use it as a phone :D )
  
  Bear in mind that sometimes unofficial roms are not stable and missing features - do your research if you plan to use this as an Android device.
