Might be targeted or for all Catch Connect customers. Just got this email so pretty neat to get a full year of onepass for free.

Also just got an SMS that said to claim it by 31 May 2025.

    OnePass is a membership program with Australia’s favourite retailers.

    I use the same email for CatchConnect and OnePass so don't get the 1 year free. Cheap move from OnePass :(.

    So I signed up with one pass from the email I got. If I cancel the membership (so I don’t have to remember to cancel nearly the renewal charge date) now will I still keep my membership for 1 year ?

          How do I cancel my membership?

          You can cancel your membership at any time.

          Log in to your OnePass account
          Go to ‘My membership'
          Go to 'Manage membership'
          Click ‘Cancel membership’.

          Your cancellation will come into effect at the end of your current billing period. So, with an annual membership, this cancellation will come in effect for the next year’s billing cycle.

          If you have a monthly membership, the cancellation will come into effect for the following month.

          If there’s time remaining in your billing period, you can continue to enjoy your OnePass benefits until the end of the billing cycle. Please note there are no refunds provided on the remaining portion of your membership when you cancel.

          After cancellation of your membership, you will continue to be a OnePass account holder.

    When I asked if I could add this offer to my existing one-pass, which is registered with a different email than Catch Connect, I got this reply.

    "Unfortunately, you cannot assign this promotion to an existing Onepass membership. If you wish to take advantage then you would need to sign up with this promotion another email."

      Yeah both my husband and i are on catch connect but hes the one that got the email as im already signed up. Will set a reminder for him to join on the last day, at least it gives us 6 months extra

    I currently have a onepass account but no subscription, when I use the link received in email to activate subscription I get this, so a bit confused about this. It says $0 for the first year but then says first payment will be today, is this what everyone get?
