  Word of warning, despite the "MacBook Pro 2016+" it's very likely this will NOT work on a M1 MacBook Pro or M1 MacBook Air as they have limits on the number of external screens (1 external if the screen is open, I think 2 if the screen/lid is closed).

      At the cost of your CPU. It's essentially using your CPU as a virtual graphics card.

  Jeez too bad if your device (like my TabPro S) only has a single usb-c port as you can't charge with this dongle and my battery is half dead already.

    Can't you connect the power cable to the sick and power passes through to the laptop?
