  • Is this actually better than step ones?

    • -1

Yep. By far for me. Step ones are very lycraish and restrictive. These are like wearing a piece of heaven.

      • I'm sort of over my step ones. They feel tight

        • Now that you mention it, it does for me as well. They probably made them a bit tighter to prevent it riding up, and causing chafing.

Kmart have 7 pairs for 20 bucks, the downside is they have each day on them so I never wear say, Monday on a Wednesday, just in case I get run over, the plus is you have the ongoing excuse to have your hand down your pants because they're too uncomfortable.

I wear Maxx from target for work, but have these for my weekend days as a treat for my balls.

  • Any reviews on these?
I have exclusively used CK trunks because they're the most comfy for me. How would these compare?

    • A bit better. I got some CK in New York and they were the best I've had until these.

      • Treat yo' balls!

I live by the same motto tbh

  • Why is it so hard to find boxer shorts, rather than briefs?? (Besides Uniqlo)

  • +4

Seriously - unless your father has specifically asked for it, DO NOT buy him underwear for Father's Day!

  • Anyone know if priced undies in aus that have the ball hammock?

    • Aussiebum do a 50% sale every three months or so if you can wait for that. High quality and flamboyant

  • What's the stretchability of these like?

I used to always wear boxer shorts so when I made the switch to briefs I first picked large size as I would be boxers, then later grabbed some Small's on sale and was surprised they were actually real supportive. My smalls here are between Small and Medium on that website so maybe I grab Mediums. What have others experiences been, is sizing down okay in these?

    • +1

I would say for you, downsize. I'm in XL and they are quite roomy. Not loose, just comfy. I could easily go to a large I recon to get a bit tighter.

If you want a tight fit also check out step ones. I like these better but step ones are different.

      • Thanks for the reply much appreciated.

Nothing says I love you like a pair of socks and undies.

  • Are these good for breathability? How would these compare to all cotton?

    • They're good. They don't make me sweat or anything. Could wear them multiple days easy.

  • Yeah these are excellent. I have a lot of these and step ones. I hardly need more, but this is a good price. This will allow me to wear debriefs more often than the step ones.

  • The only boxers I've bought for the past 7-8 years are the Macpac merino ones (can get them for $25 per pair on clearance) but I'm interested to give these a go so thanks OP.

  • Bought one thanks OP

I hadn't heard of these ones, I'm going to give them a try… I like Step ones, also the non chafe Tradies are excellent (especially at $15 each). For some spending $20 a pair seems crazy but considering how long they last and the difference in comfort (its huge) Its not something i have a problem spending.

I prefer these over my StepOne boxer style.

  • Can anyone tell me if these are OK in a tumble dryer? Can't seem to find this on the website. Thanks.

    • To ensure the longevity of your Debriefs, machine wash them on cold and delicate, and tumble dry with low heat. Please do not iron, bleach or dry clean.

For maximum performance, please hand wash with cold water, and lay flat to dry. This will help to protect the soft Micromodal fibres and overall construction of the garment.

When in doubt, please follow the washing instructions printed on the inside back panel of your Debriefs.
