@ChickenDinner123: Yeah this one was a pain because if you tried to go to cart it'd bug out, had to skip and go straight to checkout. there's potential for an amazon drop soon but that's just based on the twitter bot page owners saying there's trends or patterns without elaboration. The only way you're going to get one via OZB is if it's like EBgames drop where the pre-order page was up for 2 hours , these posts like this one will likely elapsed 1-2 mins into a 1-5min window of availability and that's if we're being generous.

For those of you that got one, be aware that it took about a week for the click and collect to be ready when I got mine. Which definitely left me feeling like it was going to get cancelled at any moment, but it came through.
So just a heads up for anyone lucky enough to get an order in.
Yeah based on the the bot pages poll, from those who answered the poll there was a large amount of cancellations. A good 40$~ got cancelled orders granted that last drop was a bit weird because of the whole scalper situation where they used an exploit. Not sure if that's the one you got it on.
Probably also the fact that headquarters and warehouse locations for Target were probably under lockdown the time you bought.
At the time, Sydney (me) was under soft lockdown (ie. many shops were still open, just with masks and the heavier lockdown hadn't commenced). To my knowledge the warehouse was in Vic, which was still operating as normal. So it's possible it would have been slowed down, but not to the current extent.
Anyway, not complaining - just letting people know if they also find themselves in limbo.

Every on-site store that releases the stock online will happen like today. Only give every single robot 20 seconds to complete the resell cahnge, even in October.

Yeah to be honest, if you really wanted one and missed a ps5 buy window of a few hours, then you're probably good to keep waiting.
I have a pre-order sitting on EB but I try for a quicker one just in case it hits and I'll just cancel the pre-order haha.
Or worst case, if you sell the spare at RRP, I doubt anyone will judge you for that.

people if you want to get a PS5 stick to one store and keep an eye on twitter. That is the only way you can get it. Also add the item to the cart for quick check out for when it goes live thats how I got mine at big W. stock was gone in 3 min.
