    Was actually excited for tennis world tour 2 but turns out it is only the ps4 version and there is no upgrade path to the ps5 version. :(

                Not sure. Looks like the cancellation policy is you have 14 days so long as you haven't downloaded the game. Though you could argue even if you downloaded it, it is FREE during this month.

                Looks promising though.
                This was a poor suggestion.

                  @anaphylactoid: I've had something refunded in the past but not a free game mistake like this.

                  They said I had downloaded it even though I hadn't but eventually got my refund so fingers crossed really

                    @shev07: Ahh ok. Well there seems to be an option when you are lodging a request for a refund "purchased this accidentally" so fingers crossed.

                        @shev07: Hey when you go through PS store and refunds there isn't a live chat option, but when you go to payment issues there is. Is that where you went through? Keeps saying "agent not available" for the last half an hour. I guess i'll try again tomorrow.

                          @anaphylactoid: I went PS Store & Refunds then go Unauthorised payments. i know its not refunds but they sorted it out anyway

                          Earlier today it did go from not available to agent available but its a bit average because just the words change so its kind of hard to notice unless you just sit there waiting. I got through twice today first time straight away and 2nd only took a minute or so after the no agents message

      PS4 version came in September last year and PS5 upgrade in March.

      In saying that, it is not that great of a tennis game, quite forgettable really. I still platinum'd it but not a fan.

      My fav tennis game is still Anna Kournikova's Smash Court Tennis on PSX lol

    For those thinking of downloading tennis world tour, do yourself a favour and don’t bother

    Computer never makes an error… ever, the graphics are horrific almost AFL/cricket bad and the gameplay is just so tedious I couldn’t even last an hour.

    It’s such a shame as I used to be a huge fan of the top spin series and wondered how it’s come to this, not even worth it for free

        i signed into my account via andoid app added to my library and then downloaded it to my ps5. only to discover what an ugly game it is
