Looks like Cashrewards have temporarily increased their referral offer to be $20 each instead of $10. A minimum $20 Qualifying Purchase by Referee within 90 days required.

It doesn't say. But I think it's sign up by Jul 23rd and purchase within 90 days. Here's the email I received after referring one of my friends:
Thanks for being a great mate. Your friend XXXX has now joined Cashrewards!
Your $20 bonus will become available when your friend makes a qualifying purchase of $20 or more (within the next 90 days) and their transaction is approved.

I am not quite sure about the T&C. Is buying Amazon gift card eligible for my friends and me getting the bonus?
Yes if you were referred then purchasing a $20 Amazon gift card should qualify you for the bonus. But only after it is confirmed which can take a while. It usually confirms faster if you purchase directly through the Cashrewards gift card store (rather than click through to another retailer and buy a gift card with them directly).
Just note this from the terms and conditions:
All subscription services, digital services and surveys including but not limited to iTunes, Woolworths Gift Cards and Audible are expressly excluded from this promotion.
