I worry about artificial trees. They don’t breathe, so they won’t actually do anything to help the local climate (as in, whats in your yard). I have a lot of trees and I want more, but I’ll be planting real ones that don’t need a lot of maintenance. They do exist, you know.
Yeah. I think these are meant for indoor use where a whopping big tree in the living room would probably not work for most folk.

If the palms were used outside in a partly shaded area would I expect much in the way of UV damage over the course of 5 years or so?
