14cm is too short for Santoku. 18cm is better length for Santoku.

Your star wars wisdom speaketh well!

  • Pretty small knife. Way too short for general use in a kitchen.

  • Made in China?

  • What knife sharpener (not the stones as happy to be a bit lazy) do people use/respect? Looking to get one and know some people here are super into knives

Global MinoSharp is decent and simple to use. Edge Pro knock off has a bit of a learning curve (still easier than stones) but more versatile.
