Be patient to deal with the operator based in Philippine.
I have found their support staff to be technically competent a few months back. Support phone waiting time was a bit random though, sometimes very fast, but sometimes I did have to wait for a little bit - but nothing out of the ordinary.
Tried them once, don't recommend for gaming if you want a stable, low latency. Offer a 12/1 Mbps service for smart home items for <$25 and I might get an extra line
Had to do some config with them on HFC… they stuffed up and I had to roll back
I've never had an issue with nbn until I switched to this, now I get random disconnects, hell I couldn't even do an apple recovery as the download kept falling, maybe it's lockdown and my area but I tell you what I'm looking for another provider.

I'm not understanding why you would use this to save <$10 when the original deal you posted is saving $20 in the first month, let alone passing on referral which would take $25 off both yours and your referrer's first bill..
