  • Link looks dead 'due to policy reasons…'

    • Link appears to be working on my end.

      • Really weird! Still says it. Chrome / Android 11. Maybe a VPN would help

        • Try using incognito tab that seems to get around it.

  • Any POCO F3 deals? Any issue with banggood? Thanks

    • This deal has been marked expired but you can still purchase at US$299

      • Doesn't seem like it works anymore. Shame it's probably the better phone.

        • When I commented the price was still $299. I'm sure they'll have a similar promotion/coupon soon, so definitely wait for the next sale.

          • @adr8: Yup, typical BangGood changing prices on a whim.

        • +1

Depends on priorities. Apparently the Redmi note 10 pro camera is better and any edge the poco has in other areas is probably marginal and irrelevant to most users. Got the 128GB version for $358 delivered when it was first released and love it.

          • @Brianqpr: More than double the AnTuTu score (and most other benchmarks). Sure speed isn't everything but that is significantly different. 5G as well.

I've had my note 10 pro for approx 3 months it's just received update to android 11 excellent phone , pictures ,camera outstanding , stereo speakers,NFC ,remote control,108mp 120hz screen ,30 watt fast charge, long battery life 3 days I'm really happy with it and no issues so far .I got mine via Ali express .$308aud

    • Did they send you an AU adapter or had to source your own?

      • FWIW, a 20W PD charger (AU) sells for about $8 here on OzBargain.

        • OzBargain sells stuff? ;)

    • When was it at that price, during the launch?

      • Yes during the launch .

  • With a budget upto $600 what would be a good phone with at least 6.5” screen higher refresh rate, 5G if possible and most importantly a good camera.

      S20 FE 5G, $679 on samsung edu - $50 welcome promo.

      • Thank you! 👍

    • Galaxy A52 5G 6/128 in blue is $616.

      • You would be crazy to get that over the S20 FE the prices are so close..even the 2021 SnapDragon CPU 4G version is a great option now. $699 - %5 coupon at JB high this weekend

  • Any deal on realme GT

  • Thanks OP, purchased :)

  • Anyone had issue with Banggand's delivery?

all the stuff i bought from banggood arrived. some takes longer than others but it all got there.

    • +1

      @ Torres
Mine arrived in about 2 weeks

      • Yeah, but only in Grey Onyx. Was waiting 5 weeks for a white one and date kept moving up so changed to Grey and got it in 2 Weeks.

I'm still rocking my Mi9SE, looking at what my next phone may be but liking the form factor of this one; what's the next/upcoming equivalent of all these Chinese phones in the small/mid size. They all seem to be getting bigger

  • Bought mine from Amazon UK. Had a really bad experience and returned it within 2 weeks.

    1. The music volume kept going up and down by itself. Had it happen on multiple devices.

    2. The pdf viewer was a nightmare. Had to use a 3rd party pdfviewing app.

    3. Opened chrome one day and the screen started flickering like crazy. Happened a couple of times.

    4. On one of the first few charges, it stopped supporting mi turbo charge.

It was possibly my unit only since I couldn't find a lot of info about all these issues online. It is a well built phone though. Speed is quite good but I would spend money on something local next time.

The AMOLED screen is what makes this a good deal. The poco x3 is better in most other ways, but AMOLED is miles better than ips.

    • -1

A good IPS is better than a bad AMOLED. A good amoled is better than a good IPS.
I have oled but after 3 years now I got burn in.

    • +1

Camera is better on the redmi note 10.
Probably a better all rounder than the Poco
      But Poco great for gaming

  • I have a Redmi Note 7 which is working normally, but I'm thinking of getting a newer one. Is it worth getting this Redmi Note 10 Pro?

    • +1

      @ oxonomo
The screen is a lot better a little faster.
I have both (given my 7 to my daughter) but if you are happy with the 7 and it still works well maybe wait till next model.
BUT saying that it is a great phone and well worth the update IMHO for the price.

    • i was hanging out for a deal on the 10 pro as an upgrade from my redmi note 8 pro. Ended up going with the poco f3 instead. The 10 pro is more of a side grade speed wise with a better camera than my 8

  • this or poco x3?

    • -2

      Poco easily

    • -2

Poco X3 Pro - 1.5 times faster than X3 (732 vs 860) - you drop the AMOLED vs the 10 here but it will still be cheaper than this one.

      • +1

        Poco x3 for gaming
Redmi note 10 AMOLED and better camera

People happy to buy a pixel 4a with a 730 snapdragon

        • So unless you are I assume a fairly heavy gamer the Redmi is the better choice. Better camera, great perofrmance and a nicer looking device.

  • I really like my Redmi, however its frustrating that the Network signal can be more, for example across parts of Tasmania i struggled to have connection and more recently i was walking in a gully in the Adelaide HIlls, about 300m from the main road and had no signal. Quite concerning actually.

    • +2

I've never had a conectivity issue, sure its just not your network provider?

  • Am I late to the deal? Prices are higher even when switched to USD.

    • Appears so, have marked deal expired.

      • Bugger missed it. Good deal
