@ldt: I had the same issue, apparently it was my fault for ordering something that shows up as low stock. Bloody ridiculous! Worst part is that I checked the website whilst talking to their support and it was still in stock! I can't believe that such a big company has such a crappy logistics system.
@Cousin IT: My eBay order was cancelled because it was ‘invalid delivery address’. Interesting as it’s not to a free standing house and one that has been on eBay for well over 10 years. No one except Adidas has had an issue delivering to the address…

Try the SL20's. They go well.
Older Boston's are great low pace shoes. The new ones look great too, but you won't get them in the outlet.

I've had Pureboost DPR's which were ok, but the cushioning didn't last long after they they were horrible. But yes, walk into any sports store and they'll say Adidas is mostly just for fashion.

I have tried Hoka for nearly a year; comfy but most models seem not made for speed. Running speed dropped. Clifton's felt like running on dry sand, so much resistance and energy loss.
Trying Mizuno now. Not too bad, but designed for heel strike.
@Make it so: Agree, never tried as I'm not really a runner but consider UB and Air Pegasus find for casual runs/walking. Can always go next% and Alpha Fly but not cheap..

@TightTerry: Yes the majority of budget to medium-priced Nike runners, similar to Adidas that people would be buying for less than $140 eg. Not that hard to believe the average consumer shops for style and colours for shoes going cheap.

Adidas has some of the worst customer service I have ever come across. I ordered football items about 2 months ago, 2 weeks later, they email me saying one of the items is out of stock. OK, I was kind of waiting to use that item and if you had sorted your stock issues earlier, I would've bought from another retailer, but no big deal.
2 weeks after that, my item still hasn't arrived, it is officially sitting with AusPost but hasn't moved in 2 weeks. Contact Adidas to sort out on 3 separate occasions and they just go 'we will investigate and email you'. It's been 2 bloody weeks and zero contact from them, giving me the same spiel each time I try to get them to resolve it. I'm just asking them for a refund or to resend the item out, its a bloody $50 pair of shorts for god sake, how can it possibly be this hard to get this item resent out?

The last 3 sales, I have had cancellations. And they were extremely rude, accusing me it was my fault for buying some items that were low in stock.
In addition, good luck with getting a refund in a timely manner if you do miraculously get something shipped. Took almost 1 month, and this was after it being delivered back to them.
You hear the horror stories, and never think it will happen to you, until it does. Based on the comments above, it is clear it's a very frequent occurrence.
Yep happened to me twice. Via ebay cancellations blaming an issue with my address so I can't leave bad feedback. Said it was stock issues when I asked.

I agree, i returned a couple of items from the last sale in May. Parcel Point tracking doesn't shown it was delivery back to Adidas, so I had to ring Adidas last week. They confirmed items were received back on 11th June. However, they insist that processing of refund can take the full 28 days. I am hopeful this will happen by end of the week. On the other hand, I also had to return some items to Puma recently. That was very fast and efficient, receiving my refund within days of lodging return with AusPost.

The problem was that in some of my orders with 3 shoes for example, there was 1 show with a low stock warning. But they proceeded to cancel the entire order regardless whilst the other shoes in my order were still advertised as having ample stock. I even re-ordered the other shoes and they were sent. It is like they don't even want your money or pure laziness

Hmmm.. Not a big fan of white sole though as it looks dirty sooner than darker soles. By sole I mean the lowest band which is visible and not the actual sole that touches the ground.
