Anyone else been having issues with their s21?
Bought mine during last trade in deal. Mines been overheating and constantly freezing since day 1 had it for over a month now. Samsung done their bs remote diagnostics and said 'dont use the phone in the sun". I work indoors at room temp.
Nearest service centre is 1.5 hour drive.
No, my S21 Ultra is running flawlessly so far. Sounds like you ended up with a lemon. Push for a replacement.

Does anyone get an error trying to input their trade in code?
I mention it before, the trade in code error usually doesn't work in the first order page after you click buy now. However there is another page before you finalist your purchase where they ask if you want to trade in. If you use your code at that point then it will work.
Trade id service is down it seems. Not accepting trade in code.

You have to choose trade up online option and put in your credit card details. Once your card is verified successfully, then your trade-in code will work. This is apparently to charge people who don't bother to send in their trade-in device
I'm pretty sure you had to do that in order to get the code.
What we're saying now is Samsung's page has an error which won't let you input the code for the trade in
Many of the S21 colours are out of stock at the moment. Worth checking the colour/storage combo you want is available before investing too much time getting the various vouchers and bonuses.
got the S21 256gb for $414. all three codes stacked, they offered $135 for the note9.

The $200 code which I got long time ago didn't stack - "The code you entered did not affect your order".
Can I ask where you got this code?
I think you get $200 instead of $100 if you have a spoilt higher end phone. Eg. Note 10 with cracked screen.

@jonathan111: Is it still working? I can't enter my trade-in ID on the first page. When I entered on the last page like others suggested in the previous thread (and I tried that before), it only adds my trade-in value without the additional $450. I contacted support this morning, they said it should still add, but it's not adding :(

@hanofee: Great news that it worked . I got my s21 ultra 5g in the mail earlier today and got an ottorbox defender case for $63 from catch, I need a screen protector though, it syched over all data in about 1 hour 64gb from A12 which I'll give to my kids. Apps synch comes through last
Just bought the S21 ultra 128gb for $1079 with trade in of note 9 512gb. Used $100 voucher and $50 sign up voucher. Don't know how to get the $200, asked many times in the chat but they never gave it to me either.
$1849 - $450 - $50 - $100 - $170 = $1079 and also got the free S pen and case.
Hoping the128gb will be enough to last me till the next note comes out. Then I'll use this phone as the trade in.

I just told them, I'm thinking of buying the s21 ultra and my friend told me I may be eligle for a $100 discount.
Then they asked what phone I have, told them the note 9 and then they gave me a code. That was literally the whole conversation.

Ordered the same one as you mentioned and it's been already 3 weeks, still in processing when I last checked earlier, have received email to say it's getting customised but there's definitely still no progress when I checked on my samsung online account, will be about 5 weeks give and take I reckon at best with covid19.

Trade in might be better then the last deal, but the $250 initial discounts on the phone is over so this trade in offer is no where near as good.
