I believe Utea is the biggest supplier of bubble tea suppliers and IME, cheaper than all the other bubble tea suppliers (including my fav, Sunwide).
They are currently running an EOFY sale (though I think the up to 50% is a bit cheeky when their range is on the smaller end for the sale, so went with 20% instead). All purchases have a free GWP (a random flavour 490g popping pearls while stocks last).

I tried both Sunwide and this over the past few year and can definitely say Sunwide's stuff tastes better. Utea kind of tastes like the bubble tea that you can buy for cheap at Asian restaurants.
