  • I'm a bit sceptical about this brand, sounds familiar, but it doesn't have a website and I can't find vendors selling the same product. Is this a misleading deal?

    • +1

No, this is a great brand. We bought a 10 place setting of the Albany from H/S years ago.. it's such a nice classical style that looks smart. You'll often see this set at nice pubs or restaurants. I really like the weight and the curve

last year we bought another set of the same just for extras =D

      • So where are these made?

  • spewing just found a better deal, how can i cancel order harris scraf

after this set, i think is a better deal:

    • Can anyone confirm if bti_jet's ^^^ link is a better deal?

      • As I mentioned above I think the Albany style is easily the best so I'd go with the Peters' one. However H/S always have Albany on sale too. They had the Albany version of the one listed in this post for under $90 recently in the catalog.

      • Can anyone confirm if bti_jet's ^^^ link is a better deal?

Depends whether you think you'll use parfait spoons and cake forks…..

The hs one has more of the stuff you'll actually use… ie fork knife and spoons… The free grinder looks ok too

  • Make sure when you are buying cutlery that there is some nickel content in there as it last longer and is more dishwasher friendly.

You'll see it defined at 18/0 or 18/10

The "0" or the "10" determines the nickel content and the 18 is chromium if I am not mistaken?

  • Does anyone know what's the difference between the 25 year & the 50 year guarantee? Does that mean it will stay shinier a lot longer?
