Good price to balance out their their 1 year warranty and crap customer service if you ever need to claim on that. (Backlight bleeding)

Great price for a 58" 4K TV, but I would imagine it is not worth the stress of dealing with Kogan if you have any issue (using ACL)

  I only buy products between a certain price range from Kogan now, that I know I won’t have to or bother returning if it fails. Went through the drawn out return process once a big ticket item and although it all worked out, it’s just not worth going to when you can pay a few more dollars and a hassle free returns process elsewhere!

I have claimed few warranty from Kogan…there process is smooth in my experience.

I returned the Air fryer, they asked few photos, videos and details. Then courier came to pick from my place. Within 7 days of pick-up, I got the Kogan credit as they did not had same model in stock.

  Yeah same, they have been a breeze to deal with. Can't say the same about eBay stores though, apart from the bigger companies
