Just use your unused plastic knives and chopsticks from the deliveroo/easi/menulog.
Break the chopsticks into smaller pieces to use as separators between the knives and then just glue them together. Ta-da!
If you don't want to spend money on the glue, use any leftover rubber bands from the deliveroo/easi/menulog.deliveries too. Just means that the chopsticks pieces will have to be longer so it doesn't snap or slip off.

Spam should never be cut into fine, equal-sized pieces. Use your hands to rip them apart for a more rustic feel.
