Anyone know why I can't activate offers in my app? I only have debit visa card with CBA.
Do you have to get a CBA credit card to get these offers?no, I only have a debit card and got few rewards, there is a button somewhere in the app showing our eligible cards.
I clicked on activate but nothing happens. It still stays in Rewards page not in Activity tab.
just checked now and it works, can you reinstall the app and try again, seems like an issue with the app.
i believe you need a mastercard debit or credit not visa

Will the commbank $5 back on $10 coffee club spend actually work for the membership though? Because I’d be worried commbank wouldn’t recognise the online purchase as being from coffee club as the charge could appear as stripe and not coffee club
anyone buy a coffee club gift card instore and get their credit? whats the minimum gift card amount allowed $10?
I waited 14 business days after purchase for Brookfarm cashback then raised with CBA. Now received cashback. Not sure if something about Brookfarm in particular, as usually don't need to wait / follow up. So would recommend those who used for Brookfarm to double check they go their $15.
I do it have coffee club offer in app
