Total WAR is good. But i still get the C4 etc for 1/2 the price ie:twice the servings.
Quantity is not the only measurement for pre workout. There are significant differences in potency.
You essentially need to double scoop C4 to get the same quantity of some ingredients in one scoop of TW…then you end up at 300mg of caffeine. Not to mention a better ingredient profile in TW.
I've gone off any PWO's containing creatine or a derivative of it. Essentially it's just a filler to get the scoop size up. Generally under dosed to do anything and there's no evidence that it should be taken pre workout to be effective. The stuff is cheap enough to buy separately and dose properly at any convenient time of the day.

Kick is good, flavour is unknown to me. Their Green Apple flavour is hard to swollow, Grape is pretty good. I'm going to roll the dice.

Yes, you're missing the bit where this is cheaper.
If it doesn't have english walnut extract/fruit/some variance of this naming in it, you're missing out. may as well just get savings brand coffee powder and some citrulline malate from bulk nutrients to make the above. won't taste amazing, but then again, none of the preworkouts do.
Total war one of the better tasting ones IMO. Tried a lot back in the day.
it is nothing but caffeine and citrulline now, everything else added is basically filler or something designed to make you feel like 'its coming on'. the days of totalwar having things like DMHA in it, which is what made it great, have been gone since late 2018
You know… that explains a lot actually. I been off it about 3 years and recently started back on it again as needed a ‘kick’ but just wasn’t the same…

Some chick on Tik Tok took a few scoops of this as a dare and went into cardiac arrest and died not so long ago. For me personally I have 2 full scoops and cant sleep for the next 16 hours. Very high caffeine content but an efective pre workout none the less.
I got my wife a Thermo Stim called Poison. She was shaking and sweating like a pig for 6 hours. Then on the other spectrum, i got her a sleep/relaxation one called NIGHTMARE, she slept for 15 hours straight and couldn't get out of bed the next day.
