So I used the wrong code, the welcome code instead of the SB code above.
Trying to order again and then cancel the first order - but getting "Your code has not been applied as no items were eligible. Please note items can only have one discount applied."
Should I just create a new iconic account, and use the right code? And then return the first skirt?

Nope. The Iconic and Shopback's tracking wont be able to identify that you clicked in from Shopback's affiliate link (because you didn't).
Shopback (and Cashback etc) get kickbacks from the merchants when a purchase is made using their links. If that doesn't happen, then Shopback doesn't get paid and neither do you.
Even if you made the purchase today, whilst the offer was active, but didn't go through Shopback you won't get the cashback.

Came home. Saw this. Found it and applying coupon got it effectively for 95.
