Can't really expect much from a pod.
These aren't real espresso or even supposed to be.

I haven't found any other decent options at this price point. Any pods you would recommend?
The Starbucks nespresso is the best. Now and again half price at woolies and Coles. It makes a better crema on top, tastes and smells better. This one I can even see the powder at bottom of my mug.

They are aluminium so not sure if Nespresso take them
I am glad to find this post. I have been testing different pods for a while. May I know your favorite pods? My favorite pods are: Roma from Nespresso; Illy pods and Starbucks Espresso. I haven't found the best one so far. Most of pods all have the same issue: the coffee tastes really watery even if I use a small coffee cup. Thanks
I got a pack of Moccona not exactly this flavour but was the less creamy coffee all I had. I will not buy it again.
