Those points are worth approx $550 of flights….

    • Yeah. Probably even better for upgrades if available. Also, the 4 tuner version with hard drive (which also supports 4k) is about $450 retail - less with gift cards etc, so thanks for the head's up OP but nah.

      • Fetch mighty is about $340 at good guys commercial. Bought one last week for the Old man.

$195 at bing lee. refurb on ebay for $99.

The refurbs are the older fetch minis, not the new 4k ones.

I have the old fetch mini and not really a big fan of it. The interface is slow and Disney+ is not an available On-Demand option.

I'd rather get a Chromecast with Google TV as not only it cost less but a lot more user friendly.

    • So maybe this new model is faster?

  • New model is 4K, New Remote I believe… Channel News did a pretty good update on it

Another point over the Chromecast is the unit offers Optical Out.. Was a deal breaker for me with my projector on the chromecast TV.

  • Projector and AV in different locations… I'm old school :)

Also showing the new unit will shortly do Britbox which my old man just clued me onto.

  • So specs wise, is this a Vodafone TV replacement?

Edit: Seen it doesn't support Plex, so that's a bummer.

  • Why not Google Chromecast TV over Fetch?

  • Got it free with Optus internet.
