I've been keeping an eye out for a special on these (particularly the ones with the quick release attachment suitable to the Big Ball/Cinetic vacuums). Dyson, Harvery Norman and even Good Guys normally have it for $89, so was surprised to see it at such a low price on clearance. Not sure if an error or not, but I've ordered one and got confirmation of my order (still waiting on confirmation for pick up). Free C&C or $8 for delivery.

No. V6 and older uses the old style of connectors, whereas the V7 and newer use the… newer style.
Err… Is a v series an upright or cylinder? I thought v series were stick, thus not compatible.

We use one on our V6, but it doesn't look like that one. The attachment is different. My post is therefore pointless as I can't tell you.

It's very unclear. My DC45 handheld has the same clip as my DC39 plug-in barrel.
The listing says it fits all barrels, but by the picture I don't think it fits.
I think only for the balls.

It actually isnt, its more like a 'scrape at dirt whilst you vacuum loose bits' type of brush, but does do what it says on the label.
