I purchased a grip strength trainer, some gloves, skipping ropes and weights.
Could be a good reason to get outside in Victoria? Plus I would probably need to go for medical treatment afterwards.
is it better to get the weighted rope because it is a better value?
it has a higher weight to price ratio?the weights in the weighted version are removable. whether that turns it into a speed rope i don't know. weighted is supposedly easier to for beginners
You want weights in the rope itself, it's better on the upper arms.
Both ropes look like they are solid PVC. The weighted units have removable weights in each handle.
These fila stuff look like rebranded kmart products
same factory, but it pumps out a bunch of different brands.

Lol have a read of the comments, parts don't fit together, cheap flimsy and they break. Better find from a more reputable fitness brand.
Had a Nike branded weighted rope that had a permanent twist that could not be rectified - are these any different?

I had some of these but screwed turn up by cutting them too short!
