The Xiaomi is a good deal for sure, though I think it's about $525 at the moment. If you've seen it for $450 it might be worth posting?
Some might like the IPS LED on this LG, with local stock and warranty.

And the Kogan 34" 1440p 75Hz (flat, not curved) one is $389 as well - https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/kogan-34-wqhd-219-ultrawide-75h…
@Carrera1963: I have that Kogan, it's not great. It's acceptable for me but I can imagine the hardcore gaming crowd will complain about ghosting and lag
a mid-2019 monitor for $400…
I recall I bought it for 350ish two years ago. Not really good though, I replaced it with a Samsung curve.
What didn’t you like about it? How does the Samsung compare in terms of colour, viewing angles and anything else?
I don’t own this monitor but have a 6 year old 25 inch ultrawide that was always great for colour and was good value at the time.
If play movies, you can see the big difference in terms of color, contrast etc. Tried different d
models.
Rocking its 29 inches cousin atm, it's alright, but i wouldn't pay 399 for that. Would be a deal for 300 imo.

Bought this almost five years ago for cheaper. Older model, but really, not many material differences. I’d be reluctant to call this a good deal tbh.
It’s great for having three full size docs/web pages/programs open at once.
Colours are fine as is the resolution.
If your needs are higher eg photo/video editing this isn’t the monitor for you.
But if you’re wanting an ultra wide for office-type work it’s perfect.
It’s really not perfect, it’s an old low-res monitor by current standards and there’s much better options available for not much more.
so dated.
1080p isn’t ideal, only 75Hz too… the Xiaomi 34” is 1440p 144Hz and regularly around/below $450, I think that’s a better choice
