Free 12 months RACQ membership for QLD 17-Year Olds resident or Year 12 students

10

Saw this in the Vogue forums. Great deal if you have kids in the house who just purchased their first car. Roadside assistance is very handy if you accidentally lock the keys inside the car, a tyre puncture etc! -
<blockquote>
17 year olds and Year 12 students can join free2go by visiting their local RACQ office with proof of age or proof or Year 12 enrolment.
Another option is to print the form attached (in the left hand column) to take with you to the RACQ office to save time.
Alternatively, RACQ staff are visiting schools with a short video and handing out application forms.

School Visits
RACQ is offering to send Club staff to high schools to give a short presentation to Year 12 students to explain more about the free2go program.
The presentation includes a short video with some useful tips on getting your licence, buying and maintaining a car and information about the offer of free breakdown service, mixed in with fresh music from the band New School Hero.
Club staff have already taken this presentation to a number of high schools and so far the responses have been very positive.
Year 12 students can join the free2go program at these presentations. The personal staff visits are available on request to high schools around Queensland.
To request a visit call the RACQ Membership team on 1800 150 519.
