I bought two of these phones and they are VERY easy to use. Has pretty much everything you would expect from a normal non-smart phone. It even has Samsung apps to download and install like the ones in their smartphones. MP3 player, FM radio, camera, 3G, USB cable—and you might be able to get free thongs with them too. =D
any idea how to unlock for free so it can be used overseas?
I bought some cheap optus locked phones im still dealing with the ombudsman as they refuse to unlock them even though i have recharged well over the $80 ea and had them more than 6 months. I asked for the codes in september its one excuse after another. The manager actually whinged that optus subsidised the phone. Keep that in mind its not worth the hassle if you dont plan on staying with floptus.

I got another one (boost pack comes with amp) free on the telechoice plan deal today. also got them to fax optus the proof of purchase to get them unlocked since im on contract. can the optus ware stuff be removed from the phone and another OS or languages, programs installed?
great second phone to be use with those international call packs. .. will pick one up on the way home for CNY calls to relos
