Worse experience with them with no contact number you can call if you need help. Sent messages to support with no answer. Avoid Uber at all cost.

  • Uber always respond within an hr for me. Menulog on the other hand can take weeks.

    • Menulog at least has a number to call if your order is late. UberEats you will take your luck and wait for them to respond.

      • They do have a support number, they just hide it from customers. A few years ago, I had an order go through as a delivery for some reason when I used a pickup only voucher and when I got to the store and explained what had happened, the store owner looked through his Uber tablet and got me their contact number for when he has any issues. The delivery driver showed up while I was waiting for them to call me back and the driver didn't speak a word of English which caused a whole lot of pain and confusion, but we got there in the end. Uber at least refunded me the whole order cost for the trouble which was good.

        • It's just my bad experience with their support team. I redeemed a gift card that I bought but couldn't place order using the gift card balance and emails them multiple times with no respond and now it just seems like I'm losing with money with them as no way to get help.

      • Menulog does have a number you can call yes but somehow they always project their own downfalls, or those of a delivery driver onto the customer..

Was charged for an order I never got delivered, Menulog said it was my fault because the driver "attempted delivery" (which was them asking me to meet them at their vehicle almost a kilometre away, btw it was around 11pm). Said this to Menulog and they gave me some bs about "a system error showed that's where I am" (my address was right, I checked it). Never again.
