    I think they have done the bonus 10% on plenty of times in the past and everything away from Myers has never been involved .

  Order keeps getting cancelled.

  I worked out why, their authentication system is set to very strict, they will validate the address and name on the card with the bank and their system don't account for secondary account holders. So make sure you purchase with the main account holder's details, otherwise it will always fail. Such a bad system.
