  • Can this be stacked with 10% off first order and/or the Spend and Save offer?

    • +5

Yes to 10% as it is listed on CR. Yes to Amex.

  • +5

Stack 15% Amex and $25 off $125 (or $50 off $250 but not as effective for CR) on selected items (applied automatically in cart).

    • Plus this deal seems to have Stacked with shop small as well for 3x points.

Way to go with the stacking

    • Saw it last night and put through an order at 12.03pm! Cracking deal. I thought the $25 off ended last night and had my cart ready to go just in case something popped up and the $25 continued.

        48 hour deal FTW

      • 12.03am even…

    • Can't see the $25 off $125 offer at the moment. 10% off select craft beer is a reasonable alternative though.

  • I wil say I jumped on this boozebud deal last month, and received my $30 cash back into my bank account this weekend, which is super quick for any cash back I've ever experienced.

  • Looks like the Spend and Save promo can quickly get dropped from individual products. I bought myself 3 bottles of Canadian Club 8 Year Old when it was marked as qualifying for it. I checked back on it within minutes of making the purchase and it no longer had it. Anyway, I was glad to receive almost immediate confirmation emails from both CR and Amex to let me know I had qualified for their cash/credit back. Ended up paying $65.62 nett for the 3 bottles

  • I stacked with the "spend $125 and get $25 off" and the free delivery for orders $75+, and got $133 worth of stuff for $83 (bottle of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin and a slab of Mornington Draught, for those playing at home). Cashrewards tracked it within 5 mins of the transaction.

Then I carried out the exact same transaction 10 mins later, and both the $25 off and the Cashrewards worked a second time.

That's correct. Unlike other capped promos that are generally limited to once per member account, this capped promo is once per transaction (as per the terms). So you can make as many transactions as you wish and each one will be capped at $25. Just click back through CR before each new transaction :)

Can new customers use BESTBUD or a referral on top of the cashback?

        • +1

BESTBUD is listed on Cashrewards as a valid code for new Boozebud customers, so provided you meet the terms set out by Boozebud for that code, it is eligible. Boozebud referrals on the other hand I'm uncertain about, so please use at your own discretion. Cheers.

@tightarse: Do you know if this stacks with 15% site wide unique code?

            • @yamahamoto: Using unique codes via Boozebud emails will almost certainly take attribution away from Cashrewards as they rely on a clickout from their newsletter:

You must be logged in with this email to use your unique code.

If it fails to track, you'll know why. Also, this term is listed on Cashrewards, and we can't guarantee any unlisted codes are ok to use:

Cashback may be ineligible if using codes not listed on Cashrewards.

I had a pop up saying 15% off site wide plus free shipping with a unique code! I doubt it stacks tho :/

    • I got that too, but it excludes "classic beer", whatever that means, so I wasn't able to use it :(

Sorry guys I'm new to this cashback stuff so please let me know if I've got this right. I'm also new to Boozebud.

The way I can get the max cashback (via Cashrewards) would be to make a purchase totalling $123.46 ?

    The way I'm calculating is:
    $123.46 less 10% BESTBUD discount = $111.11
    $111.11 less 10% GST = $100.00
    Then 25% cashback on $100 = $25
    Net cost would then be $111.11 - $25 = $86.11

    Have I got this right?

    • +3

Cashback for Boozebud tracks on GST-inclusive basis in my experience.

Hence your maximum purchase price would be $111.11.
      $111.11 less 10% BESTBUD discount = $100
Cashback on $100 is the maximum $25.

If you have an Amex card with the Boozebud offer, that's another 15% off the post-BESTBUD price.

Word of advice: Don't waste too much time and energy to chase that $111.11 mark. You risk:
      1) having offer expire (the disappearance of the 'spend & save' discount being a painful reminder), and
      2) buying stuff you don't necessarily enjoy in pursuit of a numeric goal.

      • Or having things sell out, just got the last of Batch - Don't Judge A Beer By It's Colour.

      • Instead of using 10% bestbud offer, create a new boozebud account (email is all u need) and take referral code from existing boozebud account (via refer a friend) and you get $20 off. So $120 is ur limit :).. Depending on how much time/patience you have, you can create multiple email addresses and continue this cycle..

        • Using a referral code that is not listed by CR risks invaliding cashback.

  • Nice Deal, time to stockup

Anyone had the sale tracked yet? It’s in my click history but nothing yet and no way to send a claim either

    • Mine tracks within minutes of purchase. It always does from both CR and SB app.

      • Yeah mine does generally too for other sites like Amazon. Just a problem this time around - wonder if it's related to me using BESTBUD, though up thread it was said this was ok. Anyway, I'll keep an eye out for the claim button and worst case ping CR directly.

    • Received an email from shopback saying boozebud said my purchase was ineligible for whatever reason.

    • same issue here. not tracked yet and still doesn't let me send a claim.

      • Damn :(
