  • 15% off general pants not bad, also on my Qantas discovery.

  • +6

Boozebud seems like a great one also!

    • Anything worth getting? Or code to use?

      Answered my own question https://www.boozebud.com/p/wynns/blacklabelcabernetsauvignon

Picked up 6 bottles for $150 less $15 cashback. Works out to be $21.25 a bottle.

      • Almost certainly some vouchers for discounts / free shipping out there to stack as well.

    • Would this work with Boozebud eBay store (direct card payment, no PayPal)?

That would be sweet deal with current 15% off on eBay (PAPR15 coupon code).

      • +2

        No

        • Thank you.

Already mentioned BESTBUD for 10% is not too bad.

  • also on Plat Edge card

  • Also on Velocity Platinum

  • +1

mmm what does johnnybigg sell XD

    • Big johnnies

    • hahaha first question that came to my mind too.

  • +1

Anyone knows is buymobile.com.au Australian Stock?

    • +1

Also interested in following this. 15% back on a phone could be a tasty deal if it's genuine AUS stock.

      • Does "Excludes phone transactions" mean you can't do the transaction on your phone, or the 15% doesn't apply if you buy a phone?
They have a section for Australian stock phones. Looking at reviews, looks like they're mainly based overseas and drop ship to AU.

        • +1

I just had an online chat with them. They confirmed that all purchases including iPhone can enjoy the AMEX rebate.

One important thing to note, the rep mentioned that “a complimentary inspection” is provided even if the phones are marked as brand new. Meaning the phones may not be in sealed condition. Also, Australian version iPhone 12 Pro only comes with 12-month Apple warranty instead of 24-month. I couldn’t figure out why, but I think I’ll buy locally for a peace of mind

    • OzB store page seems to suggest mostly grey stock, but looks like a bit of both as they have AU stock iPhones listed on their site

    • +1

I've been after an Apple iPad 10.2 (2020 128GB WiFi) which they sell for $638 (with free shipping). With 15% returned as credit on top of that, this deal would be unmatched anywhere else in the market.

Edit: Site reviews are not great at all. I know productreview.com is the go-to site for people with an axe to grind but the fact that so many bad experiences with buymobile have been reported just doesn't give me any confidence at all.

  • +1

Buyers remorse on a few lego sets..

  • I know like 3 of these brands lol…

  • What welcome offers can be stacked onto BoozeBud 15% back?

  • +1

    Definitely targetted

  • +1

For those interested in trying Boozebud, use code BESTBUD for 10% off and free delivery.

First time users only (doesn't stop you from using a different email/card combo).

    • +2

They have started using address to weed out old users.

      • +11

Frequently easy to circumvent in a way that still lets you deliver successfully, e.g.

        • add a unit number to your house number if it doesn't have one, it'll still get through
        • if you have a zero in your street or unit number, make it an O
        • if you have a one in your street or unit number, try I or l or |
        • if you live in an apartment building which spans multiple street numbers, (e.g. 1-3 Example Street), you can use each number individually
        • use AusPost delivery boxes + AusPost's MyPost to get new delivery box addresses as often as you need (if they still deliver to them; did when I last used them)
        • +1

          Lol. Truy a pro.

        • +1

          Champ!

      • How about same address but different name? Wonder if that works. Thanks

        • +2

I tried this in my wife's name but Bestbud can only be used "once per household" as our order was rejected

  • +2

Does anyone know if Shopback/Cashrewards is considered to be 'A third party establishment or payment processor'?

    • +2

      No. You can use them.

      • Thanks!

  • +2

15% off at MJ Bale, stacked with 10% off at Cashrewards, stacked again spend $200 get $50 off is pretty decent.

  • No minimum spend ?

  • +1

Trying to get some Lego from Toys R Us but shipping is horrendous and kills the 15%. Any tips on how to get free/cheaper shipping?

  • Has anyone death with Zanui before?

Looking at some of their Google reviews, experience seems somewhat polarising :/

  • Not available on my Gold charge, Qantas Express or Platinum Edge

  • not on Explorer :(

    • +2

On my Explorer and all sup cards.

      • v.nice

  • Any experience if you can use the card via Google Pay and it counts towards the offer?

    • +2

Used apple pay all the time for Amex offers. Worked everytime

  • I got it, ordered from Boozebud but the only email I recieved from Amex is the "small shop 3 extra points per dollar spent" promotion.

    • +2

Got the 15% email and the shop small email immediately. Not sure how BoozeBud qualifies as a small shop, but I'll take it.

BoozeBud order as a new customer

      • $138 order
      • $25 off
      • free shipping
      • 4 x Stone & Wood East Point included for free
      • -$16.95 AMEX
      • (hopefully, who knows) -$16.61 ShopBack cashback

So about $80 for a pretty decent order of beer and 480 QFF points as well I guess.

    • same here, I didnt get hte boozebud 15% off email,

this might be tough convincing amex to honour both or tell them to void the 3x points and reinstate the 15%

      • I got my 15% credit , I never received an email for it, just the email for 3x points,
        points received too

  • Thanks. Got the Lego UCS A-Wing from Toysrus for ~$230 shipped.

  • wow toys r us are still alive!

    • Yes but owned by Hobbywarehouse now

  • Does anybody have any experience with paying through samsung pay and whether that's eligible for this promotion?

  • Just received an email on this late yesterday, so they are probably sending out the emails in batches.

    • Yep, only received my email this morning.

  • Anyone received a credit for these spends yet? Spent at Boozebud on 21st, but nothing yet..

    • Yes, multiple times from Boozebud.

  • Yes took awhile though

  • The credit wasn't applied to my purchase at Boozebud. Will have to contact Amex. Did anyone get their credit?

  • Excludes phone transactions. in the T&C's

    Might wanna add that OP

  • Looking at Samsung Galaxy A72 at https://buymobile.com.au/products/samsung-galaxy-a72-austral…

Aussie stock $749 but 15% off with Amex (-$112) + $30 off if you spend $200 or more so brings it down to $607 + $14.95 shipping = $622 roughly.

Not bad if you don't have a phone to trade in or do any of the other Samsung tricks.

  • Purchased on mjbale online. No confirmation email from amex as yet. Hope the credit comes through. I note mjbale online uses Stripe as their payment processor. I would hope that amex does not consider this as third party processor given the deal states it can be used on mjbale online.
    Anyone run into any issues?
