Just spotted $10 per KG pork ribs whole at Woolworth plumpton today. Normally $20 or cheapest $16 per KG I have seen. They have heaps in the Deli section.

Pro tip, use paper towel and pull the white layer off the back for even more fall apart ribs.
I'm no pro but my home enthusiast tip, if you can see the top of the bones there's SFA meat. Might be worth a try for $10/kg but an absolute rip off at $18-$20/kg.
Try your local Asian butcher and ask for them to leave some belly meat on there. Costco have meaty baby backs.
Lol I go to the butcher nd get it with the belly attached too for my smoker ;)
Woolworths ribs aren't even worth $10/kg.
Costco ribs have like 3 times the meat on them.
Is there a woolies at Plumpton? Never heard of that.
