Saw this on LIHKG, targeted. Minimum spend HK$60 and must paid using HK$.

1. This offer entitles eligible PayPal account holders to receive a discount of HK$40 off an eligible purchase with PayPal.
2. Expiry date of the voucher will be shown in your PayPal wallet after you save it.
3. This is a limited offer, based on first come first served, available only to selected Hong Kong PayPal account holders.
4. The offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other discounts/products/services.
5. Each eligible PayPal account holder may redeem the voucher across any number of purchases until (i) the full HK$40 is exhausted or (ii) the Offer Period has ended, whichever is earlier.
6. In order to redeem the voucher, payment must be made via PayPal during checkout, with a minimum spend of HK$60.
7. Voucher is only eligible for purchases made on merchant sites that accept payment in HKD.
8. Offer may not be eligible at certain merchant sites, certain exclusions apply.
9. Offer cannot be stacked or used together with any other coupons or offers.
10. Offer cannot be refunded once utilised. This means that if a purchase (paid for with the offer) was refunded for whatever reason, the offer amount shall not be credited back to the PayPal account.
11. Notwithstanding anything herein, PayPal and its affiliates shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in the offer, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any offer by any person.
12. PayPal shall, at its sole discretion, determine the PayPal account holders who are eligible to redeem this offer.
13. PayPal reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any person from redeeming the offer.
14. PayPal reserve the rights to withdraw the offer and/or amend any part of the offer or the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
15. PayPal’s decision on all matters relating to the offer and these terms and conditions will be final and binding.
16. All terms under the PayPal User Agreement continue to apply.
17. By redeeming the offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
