“Free shipping” - what a load of codswallop! Standard shipping fees apply for most rural and regional locations. $18.90 to Armidale in northern NSW! No thanks!!
Don't worry, with all the $ you save on housing compared to living in the city I'm sure you're well ahead after the extra shipping fees.
It's also 3ppd Shop Small
yup got 30% from this, 15% from amex + shop small
I feel like I've been screwed out of five dollars.
Me too!! I pulled the trigger on the 25% also! Ripped off 😂

I have $20 credit in my boozebud account. If I use that to pay will cashback be affected?
I used credit and still got cashback notification, so I'm hoping that no, it's not affected. The cashback amount is the paid amount minus the credit though.
Plus you get a free 4 pack of Stone & Wood East Point low alcohol beer (2.7% so not too low!) worth $15 when you spend over $75. Pretty good offer stacking I say!
$75 spend on beer
I recently sped $100 on beer, and added the last shopback, there was no east point in the box that was delivered yesterday :(
The half price gins have gone up in price!
In my humble calculation Laphroaig 10 Year Old would be effectively $62 (ish) and that's music to my ears and smoke to my nose.
(Assuming no cashback on the GST)
Got 24 bottles of Stone and Wood Pacific Ale for $42.90 (not sure if that's quite right as I didn't remove tax from the cashback) after both the SB and Amex cashback
Did something similar; Although I got the email from Amex stating I got Shopping Small 3-1 points rather than the 15% (even though I'm enrolled in the 15% one too). Did you get the email from Amex stating 15% back?
Shopback tracked within 15 mins for me today.
Mine was almost instant!
10 mins for me:)
4.36pm ordered
4.37pm Amex emails
4.39pm shopback tracked
4.43pm Boozebud order email received. That is impressive SB !
Can I ask what the subject line was for the amex email you received? Was it "Thank you for Shopping Small"?
@mshanann: that one, and also 'You just used your 15% back at Brands you love Amex Offer'
@battler: thanks!
$88.65 after cash back for a bottle of Macallan 12 Year Old Sherry Oak plus a free can of Southern Comfort Hard Apple
do you have to spend $100 to get the 30% off?
no
On the Shopback app it says $100 minimum spend.
you are looking at the * condition for new customers, extra 10% on $100 spend.
the ^ condition is 30%, $30 cap.
"Free Shipping is not available in your area. Standard fees apply." $18.90 shipping for 2 bottles of spirits :(
Can you use it more than once (i.e. separate orders)? TIA
The cashback is capped at $30, but I think you can use it multiple times but only get back $30 max.
Thank you :-)
I just used this on a ~$120 order. Got the shopback $30 email and the amex emails = win!
So if I place another order (gift for someone) will I not get the $30 shopback again?
It just tracked correctly $26.40 back on an $88 order including GST within 5 minutes for me.
1 x Herno London Dry Gin 1 $84.99 $84.99
1 x Bulleit Bourbon 1 $51.90 $51.90
Subtotal: $123.20
Shipping: $9.90 free
Total Savings: -$26.01 (10% new customer, 10% spirit promotion)
Order Total: $110.88- $30 cashback
- 15% AMEX
= $64.20
Hard to beat that one haha. Nice deal!
i don't understand how they are making money…
$100 spend gets you $30 back, and if you have the amex deal its another $15 so you end up only paying $55???I'm sure they have comfortably large margins, plus probably at least some of the money is coming from the marketing budgets of Shopback and Amex, not just Boozebud.
don't forget we are cycling massive booze sales last year at the start of lockdowns. All of these companies need to keep trying to hit last year sales numbers but this lets them do it with out changing shelf price which means average punter still pays full price, they don't trigger a price war with their competitor. And yep 100% this will likely come as a mix from other buckets such as marketing rather than the trading margin and shopback/amex will probably fund some of it.
What a deal especially when stacking with the Amex offers! Got a GlenDronach 12 for $55 if I calculated correctly (plus a can of Southern Comfort which isn't a big deal but still nice).
Fyi this is still going
Was free shipping for a limited time? Appears to be charging me and my cart is over $75 :(
No more free ship but 30% cashback still going
Thank you!
