      Check ozba… Oh, righto

  • +5

This is the sale where it says 30m items but it turns out to be 10k?

    • where does it say 10k ?

      • +2

They constantly state millions of items but when you go to the global search it always ends up being less than 10k. Hopefully this is different.

        • Their search doesn't work. Don't use it.

          • +1

@justtoreply: Professional eBay customers use brute force to find the URL of the thing they’re after.

        • I don't recall them specifying the number of items included in previous sales?

      • So unfortunately I was right. 8,199 items. It appears below the search box. eBay are getting ridiculous.

        • +1

Like the others have said its because search is broken.
When I search for an item on this deals page it doesnt show up.
When I search for the exact same term on global search I can see the item and when i click on it it shows the discount
Not making excuses. A company this big should fix this but at least the're not lying ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    • +1

      Aka “selected items”.

    • +4

Last time they advertised 30M items it was effectively a sitewide coupon - hope it's the same this time

    • +11

i think they meant 30M inc quantity of each item

  • +1

I already have 10% off with recent and current codes that doing most of the job for me.
Any extra codes are welcome but extra % is more important especially for a flash sale .

  • Yeah I want a utec smart lock thats sitting at 385 on ebay atm. at 34x it will be worth buying.

  • +6

nice to see over 30 million items instead of sitewide with massive list of exclusions

this is slighly more accurate! just that 29.99m of those products are crap products that no one buys

  • Finally my Plus membership is paying off

  • +9

Think I'll wait on the vote til I see something that's actually decent..

  • +1

I remember when Amazon au started there were better deals to be have, and good hunt for real bargain. Now they reached some sort of new equilibrium, deals tend to be just there for people already want the items anyway.

  • +2

Hope it will works for appliances online

    • Turns out it does, had been eying off a soundbar they had and it kept the sale price. There was only 3 in stock, all gone in half an hour, so I guess I wasn't the only one.

      • Bought an dryer from Appliances Online, combined with GCs saved around $280, happy days.

(PS. they did jack the price up by $4 sometime yesterday)

  • +5

30 million items reduced by 10%, yeh but he bought them all on clearance for $1 at commercial quantities cos he knows the manager.

    • +3

Actually he Brought them, according to his words

  • +15
    UPDATE listings SET
        buy_it_now_price = buy_it_now_price * 11 / 10

    • Don't think you would save much if ebay inflated the prices by 11 times.

      • +3

Its "original price multiplied by 11 divided by 10"; the net result is an increase of 10%.

        • +1

So still ends up being a saving of 1%. Score!

  • If they keep this up without adjusting prices down, no one is going to be renewing their eBay Plus next time around.

  • Will the $50 welcome credit for signing up for eBay Plus work?

  • -1

Where are you Jack? Come home within tonight :)

  • anyone know how long would the sale last?

    • After lot of pressure…… Few seconds 😜

  • I want the no FVF boys ( they tend to undercut a lot of stores because of it ) to be involved .
But I think that is too much to ask .

  • does this stack with spend and save?

  • This is Bloody Jack-u-less!!

Initial price… $4199…. Drum Roll, getting ready for sale, current/tomorrow price…. $4499!!! OMG!

I know that this gaming laptop has an RTX 3070 and is rare but THIS IS JUST JACK-TASTIC!

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/ASUS-ROG-GX551QR-HF006T-Zephyrus…

    • That's a very pricey laptop but I don't think it's been price jacked - it's expensive all the time.
If it changes price tomorrow we know the seller is price jacking

      • Yup, jack is well alive!

  • BCF has nothing for sale…..

  • WHOO been waiting months for a DH Helmet to go on sale and finally it was included in this promo, stacked with 5% off gift cards through Shopback, happy as! thanks for heads up on deal OP

  • How convenient, all the good guys hisense TVs went back up to their pre-sale price

    • Why would you use it there anyway when constant 20% off sale ?

      • +1

The discounted price was on Ebay already and less 10% off would have been an even better deal (seeing as they were excluded from the flash sale last night)

  • code doesnt work on international items…

    • Doesn't work on anything!

  • +3

    20,660 results

    • The exclusion is far more than what they stated. Another jack promotion.

  • Codes does not work for this item!! What gives!!

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Carrying-Case-Remote-Control-Sto…

  • Wtf. None of the items I searched is apart of this so called 30 million items. What gives ebay.

  • +1

There is absolutely no freaking way that this includes '''30 million items''''.

Searching for very common search terms ( 'Toys, Apple , Plastic' ) comes up with about 100 results when there are 500k+ results on the main site. Total scam.

    • I tried on a few items that weren’t in the coupon search and it worked fine.

Example: all of bigw products are eligible for the 10% off and they have over 15000 items on their store.

I think ebay’s coupon search is just broken

      • Cool so 15K of items is getting close to 30mil ?
Nothing like the Afterpay 20% off sale that must of had 3-4 times more eligible items . Amazon wins this day hands down .

    • Total item 28,083
Click into the offer page, and click on "see all" under the "buying format" filter - it shows total number of items 28,083.

  • The item I got on my watch list has been jacked up 10% and the PLUSFL10 codes doesn't even work on it.

  • False advertising. How can they claim 30 million items while the total result is 28,083 ?

  • Thanks op. Was eyeing a weber patio cart, for some reason appliances Online discount the product by 12%, then got an extra 10% off with this code… $219 down to $172!! Win for me. :)

  • When does this promo expire?

  • When dos this expire - Time wise ?

  • Can this promo be used with giftcards from Shopback ?

    • I also wonder about same thing

      • Yes, gift cards is a payment method.

        • Thank you for the informations

        • What the…. about 1 hour earlier Shopback had 3% discount on Ebay giftcards, but now it's gone… grrr

Edit. Sorry, on my mobile Shopback has 2 different Ebay.com.au. I try to enter in and out both of them and then suddenly I saw the 3% off Ebay giftcards. All sorted now.
