Your statement that it is registered with TGA is likely in contravention of the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code (No.2) 2018 and section 42DL of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989.
The maximum penalty for an individual is 5,000 penalty units; for a company it is 50,000 penalty units.
On the website it says TGA – ARTG 334840
Also contrary to the code.
The TGA provides quite clear instructions that you cannot refer to the TGA when advertising therapeutic goods, as it could suggest or imply the TGA endorses the product.
The seller is allowed to state the product is listed in the ATRG or provide the registration number.
