That's what it used to be years ago.
Meanwhile when they shut down our local Target last week they had already sent all the good stock to other stores, and only left a handful of clothes and manchester behind for a 30% off clearance (which is pretty weak for a closing down sale)
Slightly OT - Interestingly Kmart is coming to Highpoint later this year but won't be replacing Target's footprint instead David Jones is moving to single level and Kmart is going to be taking a level!
