            @Ghost47:

            I'm actually not a member of any libraries at the moment.

            Just check on your local council website.
            It's free to join, paid via our rates… Use it or lose it.

            Most of the libraries subscribe to these.

            • @jv: Okay jv I will look around, thank you.

                @Ghost47: You will literally get access to thousands of magazines and newspapers for free.

                Which council are you in?

                • @jv: Do you get free access to AFR out of curiosity? I used to get free access via my uni library account but I'm not a student anymore.

                  I'm based in Monash council.

                  • @Ghost47: Yep….

                    • @jv: Which council? Do all libraries get the same access?

          • +1

            @Ghost47: Melbourbe city library. you just have to say you work in the city.

        I think the library access is through zinio. Zinio is like a pdf version of the magazine. The economist app is not likely to work with a library account.

  • jv:

    "back in our day, we used these things called libraries. Big buildings full of books and magazines.

    You can walk in there and borrow things for 28 days, and its all free."
