note for people looking to trek down: additional 20% off is not on all items, just the ones listed in the online store. the rest that are not 40% off online will get 40% off only.
How does 40% and 20% become 52%?
Noticed not all are on special. Still full price
40% off = 60% RRP.
An additional 20% off 60% RRP = 48% RRP, which is 52% off RRP.
Say an item is $100 & 40% off, you get $60.
With a further 20% off the $60 you get $48.
$100 with 52% off.
Not sure if the discount actually stacks but that’s the maths.
I'm assuming this is how it's calculated:
1st component: 40% off
2nd component: Additional 20% off the remaining 60% (after 40% discount) = 12% off original price
That totals to 52% off original price.

My backpack doesn't have it for Chatswood but Galleries. Still good deal. Was about to go for the Dell backpack but Crumpler sale is too good
Just walked past half an hr ago and it seemed closed atm? No sign saying when theyre back etc. or out to lunch.
The lights are on and there is some merch inside but security door was locked.
Seems like it is a regular sale every mid-year

I just picked up a Blue Mantra Pro for $135 (rrp $299) from the Pitt St Strand Arcade store - which is a 55% saving.
I had a look on their online store as well and you can get the same prices online (just use code "Extra20" at the checkout).
As someone else noted though - extra 20% online only applies to sale items.

Highly recommend crumpler products, I've used a couple of their messenger bags myself. Very rugged good quality items that looks reasonably professional and a lifetime warranty. Pricey though.
Bit sad this sale is WA only, I've been eyeing their 17 inch laptop bags.
