Microsoft once again have some pretty solid deals going on. Personally, one which I was pretty keen on was SEGA Mega Drive Classics which worked out to $15.27 after gift cards. I'm more of a Tony Hawk's Pro Skater guy but Skate 3 seems to still be quite popular (and is pretty hard to pass up at this price).
I have already bought Bioshock: The Collection, Rare Replay and a bunch of the others at these/similar prices in previous sales. Rare Replay comes with some pretty cool games like the Banjo Kazooie games, the Perfect Dark games, Conker's Bad Fur Day and a lot of others.
You can also get an extra 9% off these prices if you have access to Suncorp Rewards, you just need to purchase Microsoft/Xbox Gift Cards. The only thing is that the gift cards can only be bought in $10, $25, $50 or $100 blocks. You just redeem it as credit on your account that can be used on purchases at any time.
