Does this include Visa debit as well as credit cards?
It seems hard for international booking companies to compete with local hotel chains offers. Most of the time these days IHG, Rydges and others post better deals than available from Booking, Agoda, Expedia.

I just booked with this, Agoda has some issue and put my order to verify card and the discount went and the hotel charged full rate.
