Cheapest price (on Amazon) for this keyboard seen so far.
I have the original (and I love it) and had been keeping an eye on this one, but ultimately I won't be grabbing it because of needing to spend money on moving (boo).
Wanted to share this in case anyone else had their eye on it!

I’m curious, how would you compare the membrane action vs. a pure mechanical one? Having used mechs almost exclusively for years now I find membrane ‘boards to be highly uncomfortable to use, so these hybrid designs are intriguing.
I've had a previous Razer membrane keyboard before (can't remember which model, they don't make it anymore) and have used a mechanical before too. I find the keypress action on this to be less precise from the feel of it relative to the full mechanical, softer almost and the point of the "click" is less defined, but if you do a lot of typing I find that an advantage. The lower noise is also an advantage; you still know it's a gaming keyboard but the clicking won't drive you (and those you're on conference calls with) nuts after 5 minutes.
Like all Razer keyboards, they actually expose some of the keys in the packaging, so suggest seeing if your local JB has one in stock and you can feel and hear for yourself.
Ornata v2 box do not have exposed keys that you can try…
Meh, I'm the opposite. I hate mechanical keyboards.
I had this one before, very nice on typing, love the sound, not loud as mechanical keyboards.
They should have TKL version of this.

I've had the original which was great, and now on a V2 which is noticeably better too. Use it as my daily for work too as it's not as loud as the original. Great price for it too!
