Thanks OP, worked for me in WA. Its in the 'rewards' section and not offers and you have to manually add it to 'my rewards' for whatever reason

This offer is not related to 7th Visit rewards. You should see free coffee in your Reward tab. Looks like it's a targeted offer and you might not got it.

Nothing on mine or my wife’s account. I guess that’s just the way the cookie crumbles.
Since they updated the app last year, all the offers have been crap. I scan card every week but it always says "you dont have any rewards yet , keep scanning your card to reach rewards faster.
They dont seem to honour the free coffee they keep advertising and when I contacted support they just sent a one line reply
"The app is working as expected"

agreed! I had a reward once, however clicked something wrongly and couldn't go back, so lost my choice of reward (which was a free coffee).
Previous app and rewards were so much better. Had many free coffees from them.
Yeah, it’s a piece of junk. I was up to about 5 fills on the tally, approaching my “reward” for 7 visits, when it decided to reset to zero for no good reason. Bit of a wild goose chase, it seems.
You might have checked already but can you please check for another update, as well as logout and log back in. If you are not logged on, it may not record the scans.
