You are right we are a $5 startup and even worse is that we took some small family loans to launch. We are a Deal site - so not ashamed of starting small and searching for a bargain. Hhhmm I think most people on this site are. And the reason why we chose to go with .com instead of .com.au is because we have partners in a few other countries and we do not want to change our marketing material as we launch in new countries in the near future. For your last point we do not have a contact/call centre as we would not be able to offer deals as good as the ones we do now if we had to pay salaries and expensive offices.
