This set is exclusive to LEGO official store and therefore very rarely on discount. Ordered one for myself after years' of waiting.

But the price is very good though, tempting.
They seemed OK/acceptable from my experience. This is my third order from them, the first one was the LEGO Liebherr R 9800 Excavator Set (42100) from November last year when I also posted a deal here, and the parcel arrived in around 2 weeks time in an intact manner, even in LEGO original outer carton that gave a perfect fit. The second one was the LEGO Technic: Bugatti Chiron (42083) that I experienced big delays like other Ozbargain members - Ordered on Feb 6 but didn't get shipped out until March 20. Wouldn't mind too much on the timing though as the order wasn't cancelled and I'm not in a rush to receive and build it (no space for display :-().
