    Skinny wheels on that Costco one. The Wanderer will be better in sand with its wider wheels.

  I'm dubious about the size of the wheels.

  "I dragged the wagon a short way on the soft sand. The wheels worked fine on wet sand. Highly recommended if you don't need to pull the wagon long distances on unpaved paths."

  Maybe you need some thing that converts to a sled, or a significant other to make as many trips as necessary, over the hot sand with their thongs failing, hat following the beach ball, off in the direction of Fiji.
