Is the normal size 5x5? If so, this is bigger than the normal sized ones, right?

Not working for me….
Just spoke to Harvey Norman Photos. They acknowledge they are experiencing technical difficulty in applying code for free 15 5' x 7' Pics. She took my number and will get back to me once issue is resolved.
Not working for me - says the requirements are not met, but they definitely are…..
delivery charges?
